

was born in the Philippines, both an art enthusiast and educator. She became a teacher after she graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Lyceum of Batangas University, Philippines . Teaching drafting in high school for 8 years gave her a deep intense in art. Her life so wonderfully engaging in teaching elementary graders for long years. Teaching the school graders allowed her to become teacher-coach to students in the different levels of art competition. Prowess in Editorial Cartooning made her the regular resource speaker on Editorial Cartooning in DepEd, (Department of Education) Division of Batangas Philippines. She became a teacher-coach to students in the National Editorial Cartooning competition in the Philippines. Being the art coordinator in the District of Sta. Teresita, DepEd Batangas Division, Philippines, and editorial cartoonist of DepEd Batangas, Philippines Insight Newspaper were some of her best accomplishments and achievements. The art training courtesy of Faber Castell Company Philippines brought back her interest in art. She then graduated Master of Arts in Educational Administration with honors and was promoted to Principal administering one of the schools in the district of Sta, Teresita, Division of Batangas. 2008 was the year when her whole family availed the chance of going to the US as immigrants. She started her career in the US year 2009 as a regular full-time kindergarten teacher teaching all subjects including art at Piedmont Hills Montessori Academy, San Jose California. The year 2011, Achieving Stars Academy in Milpitas, California opened its door for her to be a preschool and kindergarten teacher teaching art and academic subjects. Presently, she is a pre-kindergarten teacher at Whole Kid School in Menlo Park, Ca. and found teaching young minds a more rewarding career. In the year 2017, Newark, California became the place where her family resides after 8 years of living in Milpitas, California. Another haven of joy at Manteca, California where she spent the weekend with her grandchildren. Her love for literature, poetry, music, dance, and art made her a jack of all trades, a mark of being a well-rounded teacher. Children making fun while learning is what her teaching evolves on . She is a constructivist teacher where students are the makers of meaning and knowledge. Nexplore Art is what she focuses on nowadays for she believes learners' curiosity will bring them beyond their knowledge. Fall 2018 and Spring 2019, motivational semesters when she took units of Early Childhood Education, Art 31-A, and Art 49-A under one professor, George Rivera of Mission College, Santa Clara, California.
